Chad Everett Epperly, 37 of Floyd passed away Saturday April 4, 2009.

Preceded in death by Grandfather Harley Epperly.

Survived by Mother Sue Epperly; Grandmother Lillian Epperly; Aunt Alice & Jackie Phillips; Uncle Butch Epperly; Cousins: Jeff & Debra Phillips, Sue Ellen & Dewayne Martin, Matt Phillips, Justin Epperly, Sarah, Rachel, Megan, Devin & Cameron; and Good friend Peg Huff.

The family would like to thank Lewis Gale Medical Center, Dr. Joseph Lemmer & Dr. Susan Kinnison, & 6 West Nursing Staff, Special thanks to Blue Ridge Cancer Care, Dr. Paul Richards, Dr. Randal Hess & all the staff. Also thanks to UVA Medical Center and all his friends in Floyd.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday 2:00 p.m. April 7, 2009 at Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Michael Bond officiating. Interment to follow in Jacksonville Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Monday April 6, 2009 at the funeral home.
