Cova Spence Quesenberry

Cova Spence Quesenberry, 95 years old of Floyd, VA, went to be with her heavenly Father on April 26, 2010 while surrounded by her family. She was born on February 27, 1915 to Wilson and Alice Spence. She is survived by one son, J.C. Quesenberry; three daughters, Darlene S. Huff and husband David, Dorothy Q. Cox and husband Gerald, and Ida Lee Q. Janney; four grandchildren, Kristi Griffith and husband Jay, Kerri Huff, Levi Cox and wife Sabrina, and Trent Cox; and seven great grandchildren, Devin Griffith, Katie Griffith, Logan Griffith, Jayse Griffith, Krislyn Griffith, Emily Cox, and Hayden Cox.

Cova was blessed with a long life which she enjoyed spending with her grandchildren and great grandbabies. Arrangements are being made by Maberry Funeral Home in Floyd. The family will welcome visitors from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at Maberry Funeral Home. The funeral will be held at Maberry Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 29, 2010 with Rev. Vinton Quesenberry. Interment will follow in the Spence-Quesenberry Cemetery.
