Rodger Dale Alderman
Rodger Dale Alderman,63, of Willis, died peacefully at is home October 5, 2008 at 6:35 P.M.
A spiritual service will be provided by Rev. Nathan Montgomery, 1:00 P.M. Thursday Oct. 9, 2008 at the Harris Cemetery.
Rodger served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Princeton during the Vietnam War. He had a great appreciation for Blue Grass Music. Rodger was born April 9, 1945, son of Otis & Nisten Alderman. He was preceded in death by his wife Sally Marie Alderman.
He is survived by brother Joseph Alderman, Stepson Robert Cameron, Stepdaughters, Susan Mosley & Billie Jo McPeak, all of Willis, VA, seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers a donation to Hospice would be appreciated. Arrangements by Maberry Funeral Home, Floyd.
